Requirements for Securing Mayor’s Business Permit
NEW BUSINESS
- Barangay Clearance for business (original & photocopy)
- Community Tax Certificate / Cedula (from the Municipal Treasurer’s Office)
- SEC for Corporation/Association/Partnership ( Original & Photocopy )
- CDA for Cooperatives ( Original & Photocopy )
- DTI for Single Proprietorship ( Original & Photocopy )
- Duly-filled up Application for Business Permit (Available at the Municipal Treasurer’s Office or you can download the form here.https://arteche.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/BPLO-UNIFIED-FORM-2019-Final.pdf
- Payment for all Documentary Requirements through the Municipal Treasurer’s Office. This may vary depending on the business being registered.
- Clearances :
- Police Clearance : Php100
- Sanitary Permit : Php100
- Health Certificate :Php100
- Real Property Tax Certificate : Php100
- Locational Clearance : Php100
- Building Inspection Certificate : Php100
- Fire Safety Certificate : 15% of total amount to be paid
For Renewal
- Duly-filled up Application for Business Permit (Available at the Municipal Treasurer’s Office or you can download the form here.
- Clearances :
- Police Clearance : Php100
- Sanitary Permit : Php100
- Health Certificate :Php100
- Real Property Tax Certificate : Php100
- Locational Clearance : Php100
- Building Inspection Certificate : Php100
- Fire Safety Certificate : 15% of total amount to be paid
- DTI Cert. IF expired
