In a bid to promote health and hygiene, LGU Arteche in partnership with the Provincial Government of Eastern Samar with the help of health personnel from Eastern Samar Provincial Hospital (ESPH), Oras District Hospital (ODH), Arteche District Hospital (ADH), RHU Arteche and DOH-HRH gives free circumcision to 217 Artechehanon boys at the Arteche E-Complex.

The smiles of these young boys shows what the experience was like and showed the success of the OPLAN TULI 2024.
