The Municipality of Arteche proudly received the LGU Public Finance Management (PFM) Champion Award during the PFM Regional Summit organized by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Regional Office 8.

     Mayor Susan Evardone personally accepted the award on behalf of the municipality, marking a significant milestone in Arteche’s continuous pursuit of transparent, efficient, and accountable public financial management.

     This recognition was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the Municipal Budget Office, headed by Mrs. Caroline Ocfemia, whose leadership and hard work have strengthened the LGU’s financial systems, ensured timely reporting, and upheld sound fiscal discipline.
